Bryn W. Perkins, PA, CBT is an Educator and Physician Assistant. She currently works as a Health Consultant at Eastern View Integrative Medicine. She has been buying, cooking and teaching about natural foods for over 30 years.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice that allows the body to open at its own pace. Using props for support,we hold poses for a long time without effort or force. This allows the body to relax deeply while the mind rests. Students leave with an expanded awareness of their bodies' unique holding patterns.
