Spring Cleaning For a Healthier You

We will be a support group for each other as we lighten our load and move into summer with new eating patterns and a more empowered sense of self.
We will be using a nutrient rich food plan that includes whole foods, supplements, juices and shakes. We will be eliminating foods that typically gum of the works, like sweets, dairy and flour. This is not a one size fits all approach and you will have the opportunity to decide what will work best for you. It is a good idea to check in with your doctor before starting any clean
sing program, especially if you are taking medications.
This course will be inspiring, rewarding , supportive and fun. You may want to take a before
and after photo!
