In this 8-week series plus one 3-hour retreat, you will learn guided mindfulness
meditation practices that include body awareness, gentle yoga, and sitting meditation. Through class discussions and practice at home, you will develop ongoing tools and
strategies for reducing stress and for making healthier choices in your life.
